Any thoughts?

I’m not a fatalist, but this does make me think. To some degree, we all function in a predetermined universe: our actions and responses are predetermined by our own emotional responses to them the first time we encountered them. That one synapse determines all our future responses to such situations.

But “free will” as an idea is not just neurological, it’s also social. Considering that there are no limitations, we are almost always free to do what we want, but there are ALWAYS social, political, economic or psychological restraints.

… it’s an interesting question.
